Andrew Bergeson grew up on the banks of the Columbia River in Astoria, Oregon. From an early age, he was out on the water chasing Chinook salmon, sturgeon, and Dungeness crab — learning the tides, the currents, and the seasonal patterns that only come from a lifetime of experience.
After years of guiding friends and family to some of the best fishing the Pacific Northwest has to offer, Andrew turned his passion into Youngs Bay Outfitters. His mission is simple: put you on fish, keep you safe, and make sure you have a great time doing it.
Whether you're a seasoned angler or picking up a rod for the first time, Andrew's local knowledge and laid-back style make every trip approachable and memorable. He handles all the gear, bait, and logistics — you just show up ready to fish.
